Ticket Ballot email forms

Received email today from club with email forms to apply for last two games at UP. I cant seem to fill in the form attach it and send back from btinternet address. The form wont save with all the details filled in. Any ideas?

I did the ballot for Gooners and got lucky.
A few weeks before receiving the proper confirmation email I received a confirmation email but the costs were all blanked out.
Is this blank email sent to people who have secured tickets or does everyone get one?

Not cool people, not positing on here don't mean your not a proper supporter.
Can't help mate but either phone the ticket office first thing or go there in person in the morning if you're going tomorrow.

Download the form, it's one of those icons in the top right corner, then open it with Adobe Acrobat as said below, fill it in, attach and send

Save the form blank to my documents
Open in pdf reader ( I used Adobe Acrobat)
Fill out form
Save Again
Open email and start new message
Attach file and send it to yourself to make sure it's ok if so send to the ticket office
